7-Day Return Policy.

We want every Vijay Batch student to feel sure about their dropper year. If the batch isn't right for you, you have 7 calendar days from your enrollment date to request a full refund.

What's covered

• Full refund of the course fee paid if a return is initiated within 7 days of enrollment.
• Applies to all enrollment routes — direct, counsellor-led, and online.
• Available regardless of whether the batch has started or not (as long as you're inside the 7-day window).

How to initiate a return

1. Email amresh.gupta@infinitylearn.com with the subject line Vijay Batch Refund Request, or call +91 78385 01509.
2. Include your registered name, mobile number, and date of enrollment.
3. Our team confirms eligibility within one working day and starts the refund.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank/UPI processing times may add 2 – 4 additional days depending on your bank.

What's not covered

• Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
• Payment-gateway charges levied by the original payment provider, where applicable.
• Promotional credits, scholarships, or coupons that reduced the original payment.
